The APIIC has allotted 1972 Sq. Mtrs. of land for its activities in which the association constructed one commercial complex consisting of two floors with a total area of 4200sft besides administrative complex with two floors with a total area of about 3000 Sft. supported with terrace canopy covered with poly-carbonate sheets.

The administrative Complex is fully Air-conditioned. The commercial complex is leased to SSI branch of Andhra Bank, one pharmaceutical laboratory and one catering unit.
